If truth be told, I don’t really like half naked photos like this.

Actually, whenever I see similar photos on Facebook of other fitness peeps I think to myself “Really?! Is there any need to post your bod all over Facebook”, but I’ve stuck it on here to show you that I at least know what I’m talking about when it comes to fitness and fat loss.

Now, I know what you might be thinking.

I hate photos like these2You’re probably thinking that I’m probably one of these personal trainers who lives in a gym and eats broccoli 24/7, right? And…

That I should be in good shape?

Can I be honest with you?

Yes, I eat healthy and exercise, but I’m actually a regular type of guy, with all the commitments that come with juggling a young family and work.

Plus, I've got a wife who loves to bake ridiculously delicious cakes and then 'forces' me to eat the yummy-goodness.

Oh and this might shock the "fitness gurus", but I even drink beer. Bloody madness, eh?!

See, I told you I was a normal kind of guy.
